Advice on selling/marketing own ip’s

Hey there guys,

I’ve just been asked by my father-in-law if I would like to have a go at selling his property in Northam. I am not an agent but I would like to have a go, however I would like to know if there is any way I can get the property listed on realestate.com.au without being a registered agent……does anyone have any way round this or know how I can get hold of a list of prospective buyers targetting that area for investment purposes. I recently sold my property in Northam for a tidy profit, through an agent mind you, but my father in law is dead against using an agent!!! Has his reasons. Anyway any help appreciated…ta sq[biggrin]
