Having spent the past year improving my overall financial literacy and taking some steps in other areas it is now time to get set in property. Obviously, to do this I need to become “investment ready”. I have commenced the process of setting up a structure and talking to the banks re financing and valuations of our existing home, etc. My focus will be on positive cash flow and/or reno’s. Thus I would appreciate input on identifying/establishing a good team of “professionals” (accountant, lawyer, insurance broker, etc) in Adelaide, my home town. Recommendations much appreciated, or if there is a local members group I would be most interested.
