Can anyone who used wrap kit give comments on this software or share his/her experience using this software to create wealth and how is the result? Is it worthwhile to buy it? I am thinking about investing in the wrap kit as a starting point for my PI plan.
ALso a few questions to ask:
1. I read the book of Steve McKnight about money money as seller using wrap, how can I as a starter in PI, build up my wealth?2. if we can’t find a buyer after we purchased a property, is renting the only option in getting income?
3. how can a buyer using wrap get finance to purchase the property? Or is it I buy and then sell straight away? Is capital gain tax applicable on disposal of the property?
Can anyone please help?
