CONGRATULATIONS on your efforts DD, i just bought the latest API to have a look at your story and enjoyed the read.
Couple of questions though..
I couldn’t see the cookie cutter renovations mentioned (presumed it meant something like ensuring the kitchen got a reno)
Finding a mentor and taking them out for lunch..who was your mentor then?
Other than that -i enjoyed the read and the magazine was worth more than i initialy thought as there was a wealth of interesting info in this months API.
