Hi, I’m new to this forum, was looking for land ideas when I stumbled across it and decided to join in the chat after a funny and interesting look at Getting There’s topic today. I have renovated and sold one ppty apprx prft $60k and have nearly finnished reno of 2nd ppty so far increase in swon val $67. Spnt rougly 15-20k over 2years but now have baby sucking up cash. Hubby has been in trade for 15years and is now in study to get builders license will put him onto your chatter. We work with ppty developers and home owners and my hubby is honest and trust worthy of his work income is good but just not constant so we are trying to diversify. [blush2]
