I’ve been out to Melton snooping around at the new land being released there. I came upon Botanica Springs which looked quite promising (at the moment it’s largely an empty paddock).Anyone heard of this development?
Also I like the way developments are adding value to themselves these days rather than just chopping up a big block of land. They’re now adding golf courses, restaurants, shared facilities and so on.
I think this is a good way to ensure an initial boost in CG and future tenancy. What do others think?
Then there’s Thoroughbred Park out that way too. It looks a little lonely out on the Gisbourne – Melton road, a bit distant from High street and the freeway. has anyone else had a look out there?
