I am looking for an accountant in Australia who is a little bit tech-savy, who can respond to email quickly and help me set up a company. I have an accountant in Australia who is a nice bloke but takes forever to respond to my email. Any suggestions?

I have also updated my blog with some ideas for making money on the internet, if anyone is interested reading. I have some ideas for people who might have a lot of time on their hands, but maybe not enough money to start investing in real-estate.

lawcentral allows you to create the documents, but you still have to register the company by hand.

http://www.cleardocs.com on the other hand, actually allows you to register the company over the web electronically – so you can I have the company registered in a matter of minutes!

I tried it … and it works too [biggrin]

    Good luck with it
