Hi Steve,
Just had a look at the page for investment detective. Unfortunately I could not get the video to run. Would be very keen to know more about the product.
By the way thanks for going to the effort of writing your books. They have provided me with some of the most applicable information on property investing I have found to date. Great Job.

Make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash Installed.

Hi,
Make sure you have entered in a property (Control & N to start the wizard) and then, based on the variables you input, the loan is calculated for you.

Only Win2000 and WinXP are compatible platforms, I will look at Win98 more closley, but I am not confident given how old Win98 is of making ID work properly on it.

The softwaare i paid and downloaded about a quarter of the writing is missing on the left hand side when you open and travel through the wizard.

Hi Guys just installed mine.Loaded the info, it’s fantastic.Beleive me thats says a lot because I am not very good with number.It takes me a while.This new product is going to make my life a lot easier. Congratulations on a FANTASTIC Product.
