Well I’ve been trying. Doing the work I thought. I got signs up, people interested, inspections happening, people walking away with application forms, people giving me some money BUT then they spoke to a solicitor. MAYBE I shouldn’t say a solicitor but the WRONG solicitor who knocked the whole thing on the head and leaves me with a house I thought was sold but really isn’t.Any thoughts and good solicitor contacts for the Gold Coast who will give Vendor financing a fair hearing???
