I just finished reading Steve’s excellent second book and realized how stupid i was.
in hindsight what i did was just making excuses to myself—busy, no time blah blah blah all the crap! what a waste of time, what a waste of life…..!!!
now i think i’m ready to take the plunge. i need some help for my homework:
1) how can i learn some jargons? i don’t want to make myself look stupid by having no idea what “strata title” is… no real estate agents will be impressed by that
2) i live in sydney. the exit tax is a disaster for property investors. but if i do nothing, i’ll still be like what i am now 30 years down the track! any tips on how to invest in NSW?
