    Hi guys,

I need to get hold of a private rent agreement form. Do you know where I can get these from?

I work in Wembley (perth), so if any perth people know of a place nearby that would be good:)

    cheers

    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,
Have you checked out Steve McKnight’s BUYER BEWARE templates?
The whole package is well worth the investment and has Tenant/Agreement forms included,as well as much more useful stuff.
    CHEERS ANITA.

I think a pack with two leases is about $7.50 here in NSW. Poss be different in WA.

    cheers guys!

simon, with the form – are they pretty basic??

The person renting is a close friend and will only be there for a couple of months – is there anything I should watch out for??

I guess I see what they require once I fill it out:) i’ll grab one in my lunch break…

In Vic, the consumer.vic.gov.au website has a form section with all the forms that agents use, they are free for personal use. Agents have to pay (I think). Tenancy agreement, notice to vacate, condition report etc etc.
