Does anyone know where I can source Building Insurance.

I have a property in Ipswich (Qld), which is vacant, unfurnished & currently for sale.
No one is prepared to insure me as they claim the risk is to high.
I previously had Landlord Insurance over the property, however because we are selling the property, they will no longer cover us.

    Regards
    Daryl.

Go to an insurance Broker – they should be able to help. They want your commission.

    Try another, then another.

No property is uninsurable. The only thing is the premium. Somebody will insure it for. Its just a matter of working our what price an insurance company is prepared to receive to carry the risk.
