ACT advisors who know Steve’s techniques

I just read through Steve’s book and had recently skimmed something similar by Robert Allen, but Steve’s book was in the Australian context and easy to read and understand.

Wraps and lease options are new to me, but I’m keen to try them out, especially with the property market flattening. I have 2 buy and hold properties negatively geared, but like the idea of positive gearing as I’m concerned about the long-term consequences of a buy and hold strategy.

How do I find a legal and accounting advisor in Canberra who have experience with these concepts? I’m not happy with who I’ve been dealing with on my existing properties – they are conservative.

I’d appreciate a couple of options (contacts) from anyone.
