Hey Guys,
My name is Elvis. I’m currently readint the 0-130 book. Thought I’d check out the site (even though I haven’t finished the book).
I’m a virgin investor (waiting for that somewhere specail [wink2]). Seriously, I just never got around to it, I started the process, but never finished it. So I’ve finally started to get my butt into gear. I got the book for christmas (voucher) and just recetnly started reading it to inspire myself. I’m arranging finance and now looking a possible property’s.
The areas I’m looking at are Perth, Central Coast and NZ. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?
