    Hi Ya
I have a deal for a property that I’m trying to get across the line but don’t have enough cash to fund the deposit as 30% is required given that it is a commercial property. If someone out there has money that they would like to invest for an 18 month period and receive a 9% return on it , I’d love to hear from you.

    My home email is <<edited>>
    Cheers
    BB [:D]

Well Betty, if you find more than one such willing lender please introduce me to the other one. [:D]

The only such lenders readily available which I can think of are your relations.

There is a lender that will lend up to 100% on commercial deals, especially in a scenario like this where it would be a joint venture, however it does depend on the size of the deal, they would only look at a min of $1-2m, then it would have to be good.
