    Interesting Article in this months “Your Mortgage Magazine”.

    Just thought i share this with the ladies [:P], though i think the article is one sided and is very debatable.[:D]

    Here it is:

    [:)] You’ll never have to worry where your property is at midnight.

    [:)] Your property won’t leave you for a younger owner.

    [:)] The rules and agreements are very clear between you and your property. Its all in writing.

    [:)] A property doesn’t come with an entire family of properties you may or may not like.

    [:)] Your Property loves it when you spend money on it – and it may even return the favour by giving you additional cash flow.

    [:)] An investment property will never get upset with you for looking at other properties.

    [:)] Your properties will always agree with you.

    Cheers, though i still think this is very debatable.
