I have found some properties on here that just yield amazing returns. I don’t get anything from plugging this site. I just think it is that good.

Richmastery- Sugars and Jones’ baby? Aren’t they the “drought, death, dumb” etc guys? No wonder the properties are so undevalued… to get such undervalued prices, you have to be pretty ruthless.

Sell at a fair price, buy at a fair price and sleep fairly well, I reckon.

yep – one and the same.

Looks like they were ‘almost forced’ to divest their mortgage broking business – as a conflict of interest.

i did their seminar, and i think they are ok, though i did buy the software from them, and as melbear can confirm, the software isnt correct.
so when they offer deals, its using outdated numbers, ie stamp duty is incorrect by about a year and depreciation on the building isnt a constant 2.5% per year.
so i dont buy properties through them. ive learnt more here with you guys and girls then any information they gave me [:D]

Hi Guys and Gals….. I looked into the site a few weeks ago… and as Rich Dad’s Robert Kiyosaki says -Don’t critisize – anylise.
I checked out a few of the houses and properties and the numbers just did not crunch upto what they were cracked up to be. – I use PIA to do the work for me and it saves me hours of number crunching – also practice Steve’s 11 Second rule & it saves me a bucket load of time.
    Just my ten cents worth

Don’t get sucked in! I have recently used Steve’s ’11 second rule’ and the templates I ordered and out of the 10 properties I worked out that only 1 was going to be + CF.

Don’t think that you can have someone else source your properties for you because you can’t be bothered doing your homework. You still have to go through the figures with these so called + CF deals.

Just remember what you should already know by now….. Buyer Beware!!!!!

A lot of their deals just dont seem to be worth the finders fee…….

I’d also want to be sure that IF, and thats a BIG IF, you did get a house from them, I’d want to be researching the town and seeing if there is growth…….

Cheap houses are easy to buy in a dying town !!!!!
