I sleep 8 to 10 hours [:P]. All the successful people don’t sleep much. I think I should sleep enough before becoming successful [:D][8D] but if I sleep lot then how do I get success. [^]

If your successful, if you dont sleep many hours, then you would think, you’d make bad “tired” decisions.. [;)]

I sleep from about 12 midnight till 7:30am, Im NOT a morning person. The first thing i get at work is a coffee just to get the brain awake….[|)][|)]

    Regards,
    Arty.

11.30 to 6 if I am lucky. The other night hubby asked me why I was painting at 11pm and I answered it is the only time I will not have to worry about kids interupting and finger prints being put everywhere.

They are all asleep and I get some peace.

But then again I’ve always been a night owl! [:D]

Propertylogist, I only sleep about 5 hours and I am certainly not successful, just getting old and needing less.[:(]

    Hi Guys

11pm to 6am with a few minutes during the TV news at about 6:10.

Also needing fewer hours sleep. Must also therefore be getting older.

    Good Night

    Hi Rod

    Sometimes.
I was just checking to see how seriously people read these postings.
Also checking to see how well Australians can read.

Came across this from my accountant:
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail..
    but
a true friend will be sitting next to you saying…….”Damn- we stuffed that up!”

    Regards

No one said anything most likely cos of two reasons
    1) everyone was just revelling in the idea of 19 hours sleep or more than likely
    2) we are used to your sense of humour and take it in stride ie your 6 months holiday twice a year.

NAH can’t be that can it [:)]

Nah, I reckon we were just thinking – ‘Kiwi, yeah that sounds about right – he either got it totally wrong, or it’s true – either is possible!’

    Cheers

    Hi there,

I was told by a Dr in Box Hill South, near the station, that if you don’t go to sleep by 10pm than you might as well not sleep, because you don’t really rest your body… So, If It hits 10pm and I’m not asleep, I don’t go to sleep….LOL, just kidding. I’m a night owl, have been since I was a young’un. I like the night time.
I could do with more sleep though. I need 4 hours sleep to be ‘human’, 5 hours to be ‘superhuman’ and 6 hours to be springing off the walls [:0)]

    Cheers
    Sooshie [:D]

I have recently been diagnosed with “sleep apnea”.

I had a sleep study done, with all the wires and tubes stuck on me to sleep. [B)]

It means I will be going back to the specialist on the 15 October for the full report. and hopefully get a oxygen mask to sleep with.
It sounds bad, but its a common problem that many dont know they have… you can sleep 12 hours and feel tired.. with the mask you may sleep 6 hours and feel fully refreshed…

My airwaves close when I sleep, so it causes me to only sleep light, and wake up many times per hour…

    [:O]

I will let you know how it goes..
    [:D]

    Regards,
    Arty.
