Hi fellow investors. My small social property investment group in Melton Victoria has combined with the Melbourne Somersoft Investment group to invite all interested persons to our next meeting in Footscray on Thursday 16th October to hear well known specialist property accountant Dale Gatherum-Goss speak re Hybrid trusts, asset protection and general property taxation benefits. The meeting is free and there are no catches. I myself have 10 investment properties, the majority positive cashflow (all obtained since November 2002) and Dale is my accountant. I searched all over the western suburbs of Melbourne for a property accountant and found Dale through the Somersoft Forum. I am glad I did. Check out Dales web site at http://www.gatherumgoss.com This forum (Steve’s) is a great information tool also. Anyway Dale is speaking (for free in his own time I might add) No body gets any kickbacks either and we arent selling anything. If you want to find out about the difference between a hybrid trust compared to a normal family discretionary trust and all sorts of property tax matters come along. Its all about networking folks. I have heard so much negativity on this forum lately. How many lazy people are there out there? Give Steve a break. If you want to become financially independant, get off your bums and do something, and start building your network. Come along and hear Dale speak for a start so you can get your structure right and stop being suspicious of everything you hear. Sure check everything out, but some of us genuine[:)]ley like helping others out for no reward. Believe it or not. Anyway if you want to come along. The meeting starts at 7.00 p.m. at Victoria University – Footscray Park Campus. Building C, room C209. Ballarat Road Footscray (cnr Hoadley Crt) There is plenty of free parking opposite the campus on Ballarat Road. There are vending machines with drinks, snacks, icecreams and cappuccinos, so bring some coins along if you want to use them. The room can hold 200 people. My little group of 14 and the Melbourne Somersoft group of about 30 welcome you along. (By the way the positive cashflow properties are still out there, although the areas are decreasing rapidly – Just got back from Kalgoorlie and my little group has bought 2 blocks of units -purchasing power from networking ) If you want to email me further about the meeting you are welcome to. Regards, Graham Scott. P.S Steve, why dont you rock along also, just dont steal Dales thunder on the night (I’m sure you would kill to just be one of the crowd for once)

    Hi all,

First off – I will not earn any money or kick backs by stating the following.

My wife and I brought Dales Trust Magic book and cannot put it now. In fact his book is so good that we are currently re-doing our legal investment structures in Aus and NZ. The book is worth the money!

    Best Regards

    Marc

    Scotty
Sounds great! I’m booked in to see Dale at the end of Oct as you have to book about 6 weeks ahead. All the information and knowledge that you can get helps to make an informed decision.
    See you there!
