    Hi guys,
I was just wondering how much rental income per week would you recieve on average in western victoria for a 3 bedroom house, i mean, obviously i know it depends on the condition and quality of the house and the specific area, but i’m just looking for a ballpark figure,

    Hi Fudge,

Too hard to give a ball park figure without more detail. I suggest you go to realestate.com, go to rentals, and see if you can find a similar house to what you are looking at, for rent, in the area that you are looking at.

    Hope it helps,

I just spent three days travelling around Horsham, Stawell, Ararat, etc and found properties in poor condition getting between $80 to $90 per week and ones in good condition getting anywhere between $110 to $140.

    hi Gocats

i’m surprised that you could find properties with such low rents.

In stawell ex commission homes rent for 120pw, horsham you should be getting 155pw, and Araart about 110pw (at least that s what i’m getting.

    regards westan

Thanks heaps, it seems at Stawell you could be getting anywhere from $90 – $140, deoending on the condition of your home and how many people are renting it out,

    hi fudge

i don’t think you would get anthing that cheap in Stawell as far as rent goes (90pw). I own properties in Oliver ave, freeland st (commission area and rent is 120pw, my properties are OK but typical excommission homes.

    Thanx Westan,
That is definately an acceptable rent for me then, i think there would be a few good pos cf homes out in that area!
