Landlord Insurance

Hi,

Does anybody know of any good landlord insurance?

I had a look at a couple of policies and they do not cover:

– Tenent neglect, caerlessness, poor houskeeping, or unhygenic living habits.

– Damage caused by failure of tenaents or their visitors to control their children, or pets.

The same goes for Malicious Damage. This means if a tenent gets shirty, and their visitors destroy the property, you don’t have the ability to make a claim.
