    Hello,
    I would like to start out in the property game. I am 26 yrs old and feel that I should start to build some serious financial foundations.
    I just ordered a copy of ‘0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years’ homes online and am eager to start reading it when it arrives.
    I am renting the property I live in now in Sydney, but can come up with a deposit for a first home.
    I’m thinking maybe I should start with cheaper property outside of Sydney.
    Any tips?
