    Noticed in the weekend paper, a Rick Otton giving a seminar on Positive Cash Flow investing. in Perth on Thursday night.As I’m new at this and not wanting to sound like a seminar junkie. I typed his name into “search”, to see if he is worth the $49 or I’m I just throwing my money away.Anyway there were heaps of posts with his name mentioned and very balanced points of view from the contributers. So , yes will spend the money and hope to learn more about wraps.Great site, thanks Steve.[:)]
