Firstly, Hi Mike from BH. Its not too clear a day today for viewing Adelaide from the O’l Hill. I used to live in the Hill for a number of years. Moved to the other big country town in 1985. Now looking to do some investing. I just have to work our what to do (money wise) as I’m living in the first house I’ve bought and it would not be positively if I was to rent it out. I’m looking for good ideas on how I should manage this so I can get in and finance the first rental.
