I am what Steve’s book refers to as time rich, money poor.
A suggestion I have recieved through this forum (thanks Mortgage Hunter[
]) was to ask and find out if any investor out there is money rich, time poor…I have been spending a lot of time researching, reading, learning, and I have a couple of idea to throw at an interested person, who would be willing to front a deposit in a 50/50 venture [
