We have just bought a property at Roselands, close to the Shopping centre, its also walking distance to Beverly Hills train station. we have fully renovated the unit, its a 2 bedroom with car space and balcony. New Kitchen/carpets/blinds/etc. Only bathroom is original but its in a good cond. Does anyone know how much rent we should charge? One agent suggested $190. pw
Agents give a better guide or you can look at the surrounding rental properties.
Be careful not to charge high rent but something affordable for renters. You can raise it up later.
Speak to a few agents to get an idea.
