listing investment property on the Net

Good morning all,
I have spent an hour or two searching for a web page (on the assumption one would exist by now) where investors can list a property to target the investor market. Haven’t found one yet. I can find some pages where property is listed by vendors but these tend to be prestigious family homes, not your basic income-producing duplex.

Does anyone know if such a site exists? I have a property I’ll be wanting to sell (or trade) next financial year and figure I would get more for it targetting investors who want a site to redevelop rather than mum-and-dad-wanting-a-home.
