Hi all,
I am looking for an equity partner in Melbourne to help purchase an investment property for a mate of mine.
The deal being that you put in enough equity to secure a loan, whereas my mate would service the loan in full using his taxable salary and the rent. The property would be owned 50:50.
I have a draft joint venture agreement that protects both parties and covers how the partnership is to run.
