    G’day

I’m a fairly new property investor, but I have done a LOT of research.

I would like if anyone could recommend any books, websites, e.t.c (any knowledge) that will be beneficial in my life of property investing.

Also if anyone could give me any subject to clauses which have been found useful, as I am trying to gather some which may be used in various situations.

    Thank you

    Young Gun

    Hi,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.

For websites… check out the Web Links area.

For books… do a search on the forum as this topic has been raised before. Maybe it would be a good idea if we added a ‘recommended reading’ area.

    Cheers,

    Steve McKnight

    Hi Young gun

One of the things we did years ago was visit bookshops in search of information. You will find that there are a lot of books on wealth ,property, shares and mindsets. Over time we have read lots of books that lead you to search for more info again. Still to this day we will visit bookshops and see whats new.Over time you will develop a huge info base that helps you filter out what works , what doesn’t ,what might suit you and what might not.You also need to follow up with ACTION as this is the basis of making it happen.

There is far more than can ever be posted so I wish you a fun journey.

    Ciao Rob

Steve’s ‘BUYER BEWARE’ book goes into contract clauses. I have found it very useful as it contains contract templates which you yourself can use. For $59 i think it is a worthwhile investment in itself.
