I want to buy an investment property with out listening to agents telling me what a great property or area it is or talking up the market.
Does anyone know if a website exists that lists private sales only ??

I know of a couple of for sale by owner sites, however if you use one of the popular search engines such as google.com or altavista.com.au you will surely find a number more!
