revisting financing structures

Hi Steve,
Re your post a while ago about how you set up your financing structures.
1.Which bank do you use/?
2. Why don’t they ask about all the other CRAA enquire’s?
3.is this at 80% or above as M.I.’S are difficult to deal with.?
4.If it is a company/trustee structure why would you be limited to the amount you could borrow as you are only a guarrantor to the loan?
As i am and do have a number of properies and have/close to hitting a brick wall with finance that i can still do but have an abundance of people/properties available to me ineed desperatly to over come this sitaution.
