    I was wondering if anyone has experience wrapping in Perth?

    What type of residences are you buying in the E.Sates for the $60-80K mark? Are they apartments or houses/units.

    I can’t seem to find much under $100K that isn’t an appartment… Should I be looking country?

    And… am I correct with the 11sec rule?… (Rent / 2 )x 1000 = purchase price?… Where do you get such great deals?

    I must be blind… but I’m not giving up!!!
