    Hi!

    My target wrap area has a declining population of close to 1% a year, but it’s projected to increase later on. Should this be a concern, or should I look somewhere else? Vacancy rates are approx 8% from memory, and I think that’s high enough to set alarm bells ringing…

    Looking in Gippsland. Seriously having 2nd thoughts now, but I’m still submitting my (ridiculously low!) offers. The drive out there & back is more than enough to put me off.
