To enable QuickBooks Multi-User Mode, first install QuickBooks Database Server Manager on the server or host computer where the company file is stored, then open QuickBooks as the Admin user and go to File > Utilities > Host Multi-User Access. Make sure the company file folder is properly shared, QuickBooks services (QBDBMgrN) are running, and firewall or antivirus settings allow QuickBooks ports for network communication. After this, open the company file on the server and allow other users to log in from their workstations.
