I’m so glad I didn’t go with ME bank now……what a way to trash your reputation with investors – I cant imagine anyone touching them with a 20ft barge pole in the future.
They were never one to go to other than for their fixed rates.
But it is nasty isn’t it. Many people would be stuck and unable to move from them now because of tightening serviceability assessments

Again – it seems all I am doing lately is agreeing with Terry when I come on this forum but with Mebank withdrawing from certain niches the are really of zero interest to investors atm.
