Hello All,
I have a 4 spots available on my 12 month RP Data professional subscription.
The subscription is for Victoria only and has CMR reporting, Online Marketing, Access to owner details, property details etc etc.
It will be a fraction of the cost if you are to go direct and you have the added bonus on being on the Estate Agent edition

$2600 plus annual sub – for a mortgage broker you may want to check if your aggregator has a discount. RP Data is not great for apartments….

I guess this is the cost for non-group subscriptions?
I know comparisons have been done to death, but how do you find it vs Pricefinder? Do these tools give you data on off-the-plan (townhouse/unit) sales?

I prefer pricefinder for personal research of sales data, block sizes, easement overlays etc. Not a huge fan of RPData, its OK but prefer Residex for the simplicity of data provided and hitting the most important points.

I might look at pricefinder – I feel like a bloke who went to a seminar and bought a house and land package with RP data so much incomplete data its not funny – they promise training for my staff and deliver nothing. RP data is crap for apartments.
