Hi all, my first post here! I’ve read through lots of posts and wanted to say thanks for all the information sharing!
Recently I was recommended by my financial planner to Invest in a 4 bedroom property still in development in Mandura. Being new to the Australian property market I took the advice with a bit of salt and decided to perform my own investigation.
Although they performed a thorough research and presented me with a plethora of information, I’m concerned that being so far (I’m in Sydney) and basically a rural city, the risk seems to be a bit high for my first property in this gorgeous country.
I just wanted to hear from you, experienced investors your opinion, and also comments on IPs in Mandura.
The development recommended is in Boomerang Rd ( if I remember well). It should take 6 months to build.
