One option I'm looking at is to buy a house advertised for relocation, and then purchasing a vacant block, moving it in, setting it up and onselling. Other than the obvious relocation costs, what sorts of things do I need to consider?

    Driveway.
    Some landscaping.
    Possibly fencing?
    Hooking up services?
    Repairs from shifting damage?

Man, it seems like whatever I look at there are just big gaps in my knowledge that I'm not entirely sure how to fill. Anyway, if anyone has any experience with this kind of thing, any advice on things to consider and maybe some ideas of costs (although I'm sure these vary a lot on location basis).

    Thanks
    Ben

Purchase of the house would have to be subject to the council approving a relocated house on the block. You will need to submit a DA for the house as well as a design for the footings.
