    Anyone got experience with subdivisions in Brisbane (Ashgrove area)?

    As long as you avoid Paddington and stick to the Town Plan a subdivision is straight forward.

    Over the last 4 years I have been involved in over 40 small lot housing projects…sliders and splitters.
