Fast LaneMember @Fast-Lane Post count: 527 July 20, 2004 - 10:14 am I’ve just stumbled across a property that is zoned village in Qld. The ad said because it’s village, it’s suitable for many uses. What does village mean and what type of uses is it good for? Michael RMember @Michael-R Post count: 302 July 20, 2004 - 1:13 pm I have not come across a specific “village” zone as such, but I am involved in a medium to high density zoned project which was referred to during the planning phase as a village. Because zones can have multiple variations, I recommend contacting the local council or the person who placed the ad to clarify. Otherwise, it is likely to be a mixed-use zone including commercial, retail and residential. – Michael You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
