I understand the roles of both the broker and the attorney, but I'm wondering if my husband-to-be and I will be able to use our skills together to start our own business.

I have a small venue that i'm leasing from a local real estate however i cant open my doors to the public as the real estate wont fix the premises. Due to this i'm loosing money as i cant allow people in to the premises i have had to cancel booking.

hi forum gurus,

if someone owned a large number of commercial properties, assuming under a trust structure, and was of the age where they were looking to retire from managing their own properties... could they appoint a trusted family friend to manage on behalf of the owner? or does the law (in Western Australia) prohibit anyone other than a licensed property manager or a family member to manage on behalf of the owner?

Hi to all and any feedback will be much appreciated, I understand how conditions and terms our negotiated in a commercial Lease but for items such as outgoings e.g. council rates, building insurance and etc it is common that the Lessee pays those and what period of time would you place a condition to repaint the surfaces of the property when a Lease ends: 2,3,5years?

Hi , we are new to your web site and would like to ask the folowing : firstly we have a property 1060m2 in the western australia area . we have been re-zoned to r100 comercial mix and are interested in development . The proposal of new building envelope sugested by local shire is 2x 3-5 storie units in front half of block and 2x 2 storie units in back half .
not having capital , we are wondering how to go about funding a redevelopment of this magnitude.

Just curious what is the average charge for property management of commercial property ?

The specific property i have in mind is a commercial office unit. It should rent for about $1800 per month.
