When l'm not on the tools over the Christmas break l love hanging out with the kids doing boy's things. Unfortunately l'm getting older and just can't do what l used to be able to. It frustrates the ?/##** out of me! Here's an example of what l'm talking about. Read the intro and then watch the movie.

Tax benefits of 'lease' or 'hire purchase' for a car?

Good day folks! Now I know this is a property forum, so purchasing brand-new cars are probably frowned upon. In the past, I would have only considered buying a car if I had the cash to do so outright. However during the meet up with my tax agent for the most recent tax return, he talked about buying a car with finance as a 'lease' or 'hire purchase'.

My friend Jacqui is trying to take out 1st place in the "Face of Cox plate" competition on facebook.

Winner gets $5,000. She is going to donate $2000 to Peter Mac Foundation & $2000 to Make a Wish foundation. The remaining $1000 is going to be put towards her car which was vandalised a few weekends ago. (Brand new Mazda 3 :()

Hi all,
I am new to this site and the forum what can i expect to get out of it? i would be interested in hearing from members on why you joined up?
Also i have been to a few of these types of seminars that are on offer before, why is this one any different?
