Hi can any seasoned investors here help with explaining how to monitor a LOE and Loan structuring. I am looking for some mentoring or advice on how to control it all and wanting to build up a portfolio with a combination of shares and property.

GE and other "cheap" lenders

being new to all this, a lot of posts and opinions are against those of smaller lenders, such as GE.
going on their website, GE have a fairly low interest variable rate compared to ther banks. even the comparison rate is cheaper then other lenders.

vendor deposit and banks

Hi All,

Looking at selling a house to someone who lacks the deposit.
If I lend them say 5-10% deposit interest free say for 3 years. Does anyone know does the interest free loan need to factor in thier serviceability - and if so how?

Pensioner investment loan

My mother has been an elderly pensioner for 18 months after working for many years. She has an investment property valued at $310,000 and an investment loan of $106,000. She is not happy with her current lender which is now GE after it raised its rates to 10.2% and wants to refinance.

Hi people,

I've noticed on a lot of these topics a lot of mortgage brokers weigh in with their opinions, so I was hoping to abuse that knowledge now.

I'm currently in talks with our mortgage broker who doesn't seem very helpful, although it may be me not getting the answers I want!
