We understand that sometimes situations arise that may prevent you from attending an event you’ve paid to come to. While we try to be flexible and fair, it’s not always easy or possible to resell your place at late notice, and our catering contracts require us to lock in numbers at least one week prior to the event.
NOTE: A condition of paying for your seat is that you have read, understood and agree to this refund policy.
Therefore, in the interests of everyone, here’s our ‘Fair Play’ refund policy:
A. 100% Money Back ‘No Risk’ Guarantee
Should you attend the seminar and find that the event or information is not to your liking, then simply approach the Event Manager and request a refund prior to leaving the event.
B. No Show & Pre-Event Cancellation
If, for any reason, you decide that you’re unable to attend the event prior to it beginning then you’ll be entitled to a refund in accordance with the table below:

Please note, should you wish to cancel prior to the event then please fax your written request to 03 8892 3811 (and keep your fax receipt). Please do not rely on email for such an important notification!
