Some people say property investors should never sell, others say selling is a natural part of the investing cycle. Which is true? As the great Kenny Rogers once sang... 'You gotta know when to 'hold em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away and know when to run'. Lots is written about buying, but in this training session you'll discover: When is the right time to sell; The #1 'crazy and costly mistake' nearly all investors and most agents make; Clever marketing tips to properly position your property to attract multiple buyers; The sales ladder - find out how to climb it and avoid disappointment; How to sort good agents from the bad; Which sales methods are best, and why; And much, much more... This is a great practical session, and a must for every investor.

Q & A Time permitting, I'll open up to the floor ask for questions. If possible, I'll answer them on the spot. If not, I'll find out the answers and email them out.
