Originally released in 2003, but full revised and updated to include 16 new Chapters in late 2009, my first book From 0 to 130 Properties In 3.5 Years has been Australia's highest selling real estate book - ever! At last count it had sold well over 200,000 copies. It was also the business book of the year in 2004.
