Central Auckland Apartments for salemuppet [909 Posts]  Hi Guys The offer was $1000 deposit and $99000 loan. For this you obtained a 1 bedroom apartment in Hobson Street which is in central Auckland. About $2000 for corporate fees and freehold. No mention of rents but I think they are in the range of $210-$325 per week. One caller asked about repayments and she was told about $150 per week for a 20 yr period. She sounded quite impressed. There were only 3 apartments available. They also had 2 bedroom apartments available for $165000. The rents range from $270- $400 per week. The guy predicted that within 6 months there would not be any 2 bedroom apartments under $200000 in Auckland Central. Buyer beware Regards   |
