Hi, I currently invested in the property and the roof was made by corrugated asbestos cement and it need to be removed. Anyone has any idea how much does it cost to restore the new roof in Brisbane.

Thats basically a "how long is a peice of string" question haha...

The best thing you can do is call up your local builders assositation and get a few names of asbestos removal firms and a few roof plumbers.  Then just grab a few quotes and go from there.  Dont always go for the cheapest nor the most expensive places either.

With any asbestos item (roofing/fencing) the major cost is in the disposal of the asbestos.......or so companies say. I'm in Perth and I have the same type of roof. I received quotes ranging from 7k - 11k to remove and replace with colour bond.
