The apartment has 2 levels with two entry. I want to convert into separate unit. The kitchenette will situate adjacent to the laundry and behind the wall would be bathroom. Questions are: 1. Do I have to get permission from body corporate with such a work? 2. Any builder on this forum that could help to estimate the cost of plumbing behind the wall and installation?
