SMALL IMPROVEMENTS TO ADD VALUE TO RENTAL PROPERTY1911naomi [3 Posts] I have bought my first investment property in adelaide. It is old but as i am currently still renovating my house i live in on the gold coast i dont want to spend much money on the investment. What small improvements add value to rental properties for future tenants. rd1982 [6 Posts] Gday Naomi, I would think a coat of paint and maybe improve the garden to get it looking better! maybe spend some time in the bathroom and kitchen as well, although they can get a bit expensive. You can pick up some very cheap basins and fittings at auctions in brisbane which is near you! Good luck! |
